Interim CEO / MD / CRO
Dr. Gernot A. Overbeck, Multi-Founder.
Mandates for strategic reset, turnaround and venture building.
An unusual profile, built for situations that require clarity under uncertainty, disciplined execution and staying power.
What makes the difference
Strategy, process and structure matter. But the real levers that change performance are culture and people.
An agile, flat, first-principles culture where decisions are made fast, ownership is clear and bureaucracy is eliminated. This is not a workshop outcome. It is an operating standard I install from day one.
People who analyse rationally, commit to a goal, carry others with them and deliver results even when conditions change. Finding, developing and backing these people is the single highest-leverage move in any mandate.
